We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Delivery (2-4 Business Days):
- Free for subscription orders
- Free for one-time orders over £40
- £3.95 for one-time orders under £40 - Next Business Day* (1-2 business days)
- £4.95 for one-time orders
* Please note Next Business Day orders (Monday- Friday- exc. Bank Holidays) placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Only valid for Mainland UK addresses.

We aim to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible. During Sale and holiday periods please allow additional time for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on public holidays.
- Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 working days.
- Place your order by 3pm (Monday–Friday) for next business day delivery.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

In the UK all standard orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail Tracked48, or EVRI. For express delivery, orders will go out via EVRI. You will be sent a verified tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our customer care team at hello@aurelia.com and we’ll be happy to help.

We’re so sorry your order wasn’t perfect. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer care team at hello@aurelia,com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
